Exploring Active Imagination, Consciousness, and the Wisdom of the Body
A New Relationship with Abundance
HARVEST MOON “Awakening To Abundance” Health & Wellness Expo - Yucca Valley Center For Spiritual Living
I’m presenting at 2 PM, this Saturday, at the Yucca Valley Center for Spiritual Living. Here is information on my topic:
Exploring Active Imagination, Consciousness, and the Wisdom of the Body
What if abundance is not simply something we pursue, but something we can learn to be in relationship with?
Join Brenda Littleton for an inviting and experiential presentation exploring how our unconscious beliefs, emotions, and bodily responses shape our relationship with abundance.
Drawing upon Carl Jung’s practice of Active Imagination, Brenda will introduce a way to engage in conversation with the unconscious, allowing us to recognize the fears, assumptions, and limiting beliefs that may influence how we experience possibility, prosperity, and self-worth.
Participants will also be introduced to David R. Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness as a framework for exploring emotional states.
Through gentle somatic awareness, we will investigate how fear and love feel in the body, noticing the differences in tension, breath, openness, and our capacity to receive. Rather than treating emotional frequencies as scientifically established measurements, we will use the map as a reflective tool for understanding our inner experience.
This presentation offers an opportunity to move beyond simply thinking about abundance and begin experiencing a more conscious relationship with it. Through reflection, imagination, and embodied awareness, participants will discover new ways to recognize old patterns and welcome greater possibility into their lives.
